Come join our growing pediatric speech therapy practice! Little Olives is a growing pediatric speech therapy practice and we are seeking a licensed SLPA who is passionate about early intervention. This position will be for providing in-home speech therapy to the little ones in our community. We are seeking a candidate who has experience working with the birth - 3 population and enjoys working in homes. You will be able to make your own schedule and take on as many clients as you'd like in the zip code of your choosing.

This position is part-time with the option to grow to full-time with benefits!

We see clients with various diagnoses including Autism, Receptive/Expressive Language Delays, AAC, and Speech Sound Disorders. It is important that a candidate be comfortable with clients with Autism and have behavior management skills, as well as professionalism when speaking with parents. We would love for you to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Document patient progress in accordance with Plan of Care.

• Provide direct services focusing on speech therapy techniques and early intervention strategies.

• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with families to provide parent coaching to support client's speech and language development.

• Timely documentation of daily notes.
