Come join our growing pediatric speech therapy practice! We are committed to providing individualized therapy to our clients and leading with compassion and understanding. We see clients with various diagnoses including Autism, Receptive/Expressive Language Delays, AAC, and Speech Sound Disorders.

Our practice is growing steadily and we are looking for someone to grow with us. We are looking for someone who will enjoy a pediatric caseload of ages ranging from 18 months to late elementary school.

Our goal is to not only serve our community but also to promote a sustainable work-life balance. Work days will have documentation time and prep time built into their paid working hours so that therapists have some breathing room during their work day. The office kitchen is always stocked with coffee and snacks, and materials are supplied for all therapists. We are a small team and are seeking a candidate who is as passionate about serving our clients as we are.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and document patient progress in accordance with Plan of Care.

• Provide support during therapy sessions, focusing on speech therapy techniques and early intervention strategies.

• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with families to provide parent coaching to support client's speech and language development.

• Timely documentation and report writing for evaluations, progress reports, and daily notes.
